Financial Controller (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Controls - the financial management and monitoring of the internal control environment including SOX;
- Reporting - ensuring the integrity of the reported results (P
- Balance sheet – Analysing and reviewing the balance sheet to ensure valid
- Managing reporting of results into nternal group systems, including TM1, PeopleSoft, HFM, Cash flow, and Tax pack reporting.
- Liaising with the local Finance teams, FP with guidance and ensuring relevant preparation of supporting schedules and timetables for internal staff prior to the audit.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Chartered Accountant qualification (or equivalent) required
- Fluency in English required, Italian preferred
- SOX compliance & Statutory Accounting knowledge
- Ability to combine strategic vision with hands-on, pragmatic delivery.
- Management skills to maximise the performance of staff working directly for them and others
- Experience in working in a complex multinational matrix organisation with hands on experience of managing teams in continental Europe
- Self-motivated and ambitious personality
