The Transaction Management and Stategy overview:

- Management, understanding and review of cost allocations to the FO Businesses
- Tracking of headcount to ensure function heads are managing their area's to agreed targets and central coordination of headcount initiatives - Right shoring.
- Provision of effective management information
- Sponsor changes to process and tools to support business management
- Management delivery of a robust communications strategy for TMG, in order to improve the profile of TMG within the bank and to strengthen the external reputation and employer brand
- Ensuring optimal footprint and location strategy across TMG organisation
- Coordination and delivery of the TMG People Agenda.

The Role:
Reporting to the TMG Business Manager, this role will work closely with Finance and the TMG functions to:

- Provide financial support to senior TMG executives
- Co-ordinate financial management activities across the regions (with US and APAC and the TMG management functions
- Support the strategic agenda for financial management within TMG and embed a culture of financial accountability
- Manage the risks and opportunities in the costs base to ensure delivery against financial performance targets.
- Provide oversight of demand management and budget/target setting processes.
- Manage the cost recharging allocations for TMG.
- Ensure financial targetsare delivered through implementation of clear and timely reporting
- Develop and drive process improvement within the TMG financial processes
- Act as central point of contact for all TMG financial queries
- Supervise, support and develop more junior staff
- Support the Global Head of BM&S with further ad-hoc MI/analytic requirements
