Financial Controller Benefits Realisation Lead

YOU MUST HAVE BEEN INVOLVED IN A RECENT WINDOWS XP TO WINDOWS 7 UPGRADE THROUGH THE FULL LIFECYCLE WITH FOCUS ON THE DESIGN STAGE.

The successful candidate will join this exciting new project to support the development and delivery of a strategy to ensure the benefits of the Programme a re formulated, quantified, delivered and fully communicated. They will be responsible for supporting the completion and delivery of all benefits related products. You will work with the IT function team the finance functions arena along with wider business function environments.

-Demonstrate experience of creating, maintaining and seeing through to a successful conclusion the cost position, model, TCO, Benefits, actual, forecast etc for a significant windows 7/Virtualisation programme.
-Complete the development of an end to end benefits management/realisation process to proactively track, report and initiate programme actions which maximise benefits delivery.
-Qualified accountancy skills along with experience in financial modelling for major project change in a high profile organisation is essential.
-Benefits Profiles - details on the content and measures for each Benefit, in particular associated benefits modelling.
-Support the PMO in the development, communication and update of the overall programme business case.
-Support the development of Benefits Management framework and benefits mapping.
-Provide proactive consistency checking across products.
