IDPP are seeking a QUALIFIED ACCOUNTANT WITH FINANCIAL CONTROLLER EXPERIENCE for a client based in Dublin.

Ideal candidate will be an Accountant whop has specialised in the IRISH MARKET WITH IDA EXPERIENCE (Irish Development Authority)

OVERVIEW

-

In this role, you will be the Financial Controller for the 4 Irish legal entities. The Business Leader, Accounting provides financial support for all of the IRISH LEGAL ENTITIES, including

1) TAX AND FINANCIAL STATUTORY REPORTING,

2) BUDGETING,

3) MANAGEMENT OF INTERCOMPANY AGREEMENTS,

4) REVENUE AND TAX PLANNING

THE ROLE

-

Manage REGULATORY and IRISH LEGAL ENTITIES such as: INTERCOMPANY AGREEMENTS, collaborate with tax in relation to NOL'S, manage the relationship with IDA in relation to IRISH GRANT APPLICATIONS, complete R&D TAX CREDIT CLAIMS, manage AUDIT and tax engagements.

Oversee month end accounting and engage with various departments within the organisation to ensure any issues are resolved.

Prepare and present to board of directors for Irish legal entities bi-annually.

Provide financial support for customers - new contracts, billing and revenue recognition.

Maintain all legal entity forecasting and manage cashflow.

Qualified accountant, Financial Controller experience

Bachelor's degree
