My Public Sector client are looking for an experienced Financial Controller to join their organisation.

Duties will include:
*Strategic financial business partnering across operational business areas and functions
*Cash flow forecasting, modelling and analysis
*Management of the 2015/16 Budget
*Manage the transition of the current financial system onto the latest Oracle platform
*Presentation to and persuasion of senior management on financial aspects including the financial system

Essential Skills and Experience Required:
*Qualified Accountant with relevant experience and proven track record of managing a significant budget within a large complex organisation, preferably public sector.
*Ability to translate and communicate complex financial data to a wide range of stakeholders.
*Proven track record of negotiating with large suppliers
*Significant experience of technical aspects of an ERP system ideally Oracle financial system
