Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate/coordinate resolution of Claims issues between the company and Partners
- Facilitate the Price Protection Claims for retailers
- Answer any partner queries with regards to rejections and Open disputes
- Engage regularly with Partners on the status of Financial Claims
- Work regularly with operations teams in India and help resolve issues and questions from Partner and Business Units
- Facilitate resolution of Claim disputes between the Partner and the various HP functions like sales, Finance and Category teams
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- History of performing financial claims and/or Order Management/Customer Service on suppliers or with Partners would be an advantage
- Well developed Facilitation and negotiation skills and have a history of engaging directly with Customers. Particularly senior people in Finance and Sales Management
- Strong excel skills would be an advantage
- Show evidence of being a real self starter and able to handle and resolve complex business issues to resolution
- Proven track record of handling Change and process improvement
- Experience in Financial accounts, Operations and Customer service
