FINANCIAL CHARGE BACK ANALYST - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH with FRENCH and/or DUTCH

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Master degree in Financial Management/Accounting or Applied Economics or similar through experience
- Experience on IT costs charge back & cost allocation models
- Sound knowledge of Financial processes

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Review ISS Services Catalogue & Back charging and Services Sold model (concept, process, tools, data sources) which includes cost analytics and VAT recovery
- Analyse and document the current state and challenges (SWOT analysis) of the existing Charge Back & Cost Allocation model resulting in recommendations for improvement/simplification
- Collect and align future requirements regarding charge back and services sold linked to the Service catalogue
- Define the approach of cost variability to evaluate the impact of a decommissioning applying cost analytics practices
- Review ISS Services Catalogue to match with the ongoing IT Strategy and the reviewed Back Charging model.
- Define and present solution(s), recommendations and action plan to ISS Senior Management
- Organize and execute the improvement plan
