Financial Business Analyst (AD) SAP Second Level Support

For our client we are currently looking for a FINANCIAL BUSINESS ANALYST (AD) SAP SECOND LEVEL SUPPORT (M/F) for a temporary project assignment in Zurich, Switzerland.
START: ASAP
DURATION: 7MM++
This is a position reporting into the Regional Head of BSRC with international partners in abroad locations. (Recruited on senior level)
The role in SAP second level support includes the following responsibilities:
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensure complete, accurate and auditable accounting (financial and operational accounting) for the balance sheet of the parent company in Switzerland
- Work on the supervision, accounting, plausibility check and commentary of the balance sheet items and provisions (for credit risk, operational risk, restructuring & other)
- Produce internal reports and regulatory Statistics with plausibility check and commentary
- Prepare for audits and SOX compliant documentation
- Collaborate with internal partners (including operational risk, treasury, controlling and front-line units)
- Support strategic projects
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- BA or MA degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business computer sciences
- Professional experience in accounting in a financial environment (Financial Accountant)
- Very good written and spoken German and good English
- Must be proficient in financial analysis with strong Excel and Access skills and an aptitude to work with complex scenarios
- Swiss VAT knowledge for collaboration with tax functions within Group Finance
