IHRE AUFGABEN:

-You will ensure business resources are allocated and used in line with objectives
-Also you provide on time accurate monthly forecasts, reporting of actual and associated variance comments to global finance BPA, based on close business partnering with the line function
-You will provide management with accurate, relevant business analysis to support monthly operational reviews and ad-hoc requests
-Support the business to track and forecast accurately the external spend on their projects is part of the job as well
-To perform analysis to evaluate risks or opportunities is another task, as well as recommend mitigation measures to address risks
-Also you ensure coordination of cross charges between the company and other budget holders
-You closely track inventory levels and movements of clinical study supply
-You ensure integrity of data and compliance of external spend vs approved activities
-Support the implementation and improvement of efficient and effective finance related business processes is one more task you would have to do

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have a finance degree (Bachelor or MBA) and first experience in the Pharmaceutical field or Supply Chain Management/Logistics
-You are a team player who can work effectively in cross-functional teams
-Also you have experience in using SAP CO/FI and MS Excel and Powerpoint
-Fluency in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
