-Preparation and presentation of the budget for internal and external costs
-Capital expenditure
-Preparing and presentation of the monthly and full year financial results
-Preparation and presentation of the Long Term Plan/Strategy Plan
-Support of project leaders in tracking their project costs
-Manage the intercompany money transfer
-Preparing invoices, rebookings and forecasts
-Closely monitor costs (internal, external, travel, personnel)
-Risk and opportunities management
-Preparing Ad-hoc Reports and follow-up reports in all financial areas
-Managing and forecasting of write-offs of expired and close to expire materials
-Acting as Financial compliance guard
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in a similar role
-Good SAP knowledge
-Fluency in English
-German knowledge would be beneficial
