IHRE AUFGABEN:

-30% - Forecasting: Support design and implementation of new, monthly forecasting processes
-30% - Reporting: Enhance existing reporting set in CXO tool in close collaboration with the Management Information group as well as consolidation and preparation of monthly regional management reports and add regular updates of financial and non-financial KPIs to the finance system
-25% - Analytics: Develop and update a set of analytical tools and reports relating to financial performance and carry out variance analysis on performance
-15% - Expense management: Assist with in creation of new, standard (OPEX) expense tracking reports to be used across the various regions internationally

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Degree in finance or equivalent
-Profound experience in management reporting, financial analysis, budgeting and forecasting
-Experience with Hyperion, Essbase and SAP
-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel modelling (VBA)
-Good communication and persuasion skills with a keen focus on customer service
-Fluency in English - other languages would be a plus
-Healthcare industry experience is beneficial
-Experience of working in an International matrix environment is beneficial
-Knowledge of CXO or other on-line analytics tools is beneficial
