Finance Operations Stakeholder Services Specialist- Dublin
11 Month Assignment

Dublin - EUR 55-65k basic salary + VHI = benefits

Harvey Nash has an excellent opportunity for an experienced finance professional to join one of their clients for the duration of 11 months. The company is a leading global provider of advertising platforms online with additional portfolio of online services and products.

The Finance Operations team manages cash transactions on a global basis and ensures that incoming and outgoing cash processes are controlled, effective and efficient.

Above all you must have exceptional customer relationship management skills.
-You make processes more efficient and scalable, you work to ensure the highest level of quality of operations and you proactively minimize operational risk.
-You collaborate with outsourcing partners and internally, you collaborate across the five areas of the Financial Operations team: Global Revenue Operations, Payroll, Procure to Pay, Electronic Payment Services and Business Process Outsourcing.

Responsibilities:
-Partner with key stakeholders, engineering, and vendors to improve complex financial processes, perform effective escalation management and provide "quick fix" solutions.
-Provide customer feedback analysis, operational monitoring, troubleshooting and error resolution to prevent inaccuracies, reduce process latency, and drive process excellence.
-Analyse detailed data-sets to identify risks and opportunities
-Manage multiple demands on time
-Management of issues escalated to senior staff
-Provide performance reporting and analysis to senior management.
-Manage outsourced operational activity, including Service Level Agreements, performed by third party vendors.
-Ensure readiness on supporting new and existing functionality.

Minimum qualifications:
-BA/BS degree
-6 years relevant work experience
-Excellent customer services/relationship management skills
-Relevant experience in project management and process improvement
-Proven ability to work in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment, and to lead and drive complex operational initiatives.

Preferred qualifications: 
-Masters degree 
-Experience in shared financial services in a multinational environment
