FINANCIAL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in EAST HANOVER, NJ

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration.
- Seven to ten (7-10) years of financial planning and reporting/controller experience with significant project management experience.
- Hands-on experience in setting up shared services organization and/or managing the accounting shared service organization.
- Strong MS Excel, TM1 and SAP skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Define and migrate of all 2015 year-end balance sheet and fixed asset items
- Master data set up in SAP and TM1.
- Implementation of new cost center hierarchy to align with local and Global reporting requirements.
- General ledger build, historical cost center mappings, TM1 hierarchy and internal orders will be defined.
- Operating model for capital appropriations.
- Implementation of signing authority guidelines for client as a new legal entity.
- Align on investment approval and endorsement process for each domain.
- Operating model for purchasing.
- 3rd party vendor transfers.
- Closing and opening of POs in new legal entity
- Complete tax assessment of transfer of assets and liability balances.
- Ensure implementation of integrated reporting solution for local and global needs.
- Implement global charging model locally - SLAs, accounting process, and tax compliance.
- Train Finance teams on systems (SAP, TM1), process, and documentation.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Experience within a pharmaceutical, medical device, biotechnology or regulated industry highly preferred.
