FINANCIAL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MT. LAUREL, NJ

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- 5+ years of Financial Experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree is preferred
- Strong financial planning and analytical skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis activities
- Delivering timely and accurate regional/divisional forward looking Financial plans and forecasts, ratio analysis and Operational metric interpretation
- Collaborating with business partners on a regular basis to ensure the flow of information in addition to quarterly and annual deliverables.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Ability to build strong working relationships with both internal and external customers.
- Ability to translate financial issues into meaningful information for non-financial managers.
- Excellent quantitative, analytical, problem solving and decision making skills.
- Excellent planning, time management and organizing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
- Recognized for Accounting/Finance thought leadership.
- Strong interpersonal skills with emphasis on initiative, knowledge sharing and team building.
- Strong leadership skills, including ability to work effectively with all levels throughout the organization and across functional lines.
- Ability to coordinate the development of report documentation.
- Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
- Ability to analyze customer needs through soliciting, evaluating and acting upon customer feedback.
