Financial Analyst Job

FINANCIAL ANALYST needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Stamford, CT.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Bachelors degree in finance
- Experience in financial services

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assistance with Trade Reconciliations and controls, Data analysis and report generation.
- Assistance with FX and corporate investment trade confirmations and settlements.
- Responsible for bank account monitoring and end of day reports to Manager, US Trade Operations.
- Tracking system issues and assisting with plan to solve with IT function.
- Filing and maintenance of reports and confirmation documents in adherence to regulation requirements.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BA in Finance related degree.
- Two (2+) years' experience in financial services.
- Strong communications skills.
- Knowledge of working with Microsoft office.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Experience liaising with Nostro reconciliations.
- Has some exposure to debt and derivatives.
