Financial Analyst I Job

FINANCIAL ANALYST I needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cambridge, Massachusetts.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Four plus (4+) years finance/accounting experience
- Strong systems and software skills including Excel and SAP experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Assist in monthly close including accrual development, reporting, variance analysis
- Support finance managers to monitor contract budgets, prepare quarterly forecasts, prepare monthly financial reports and invoice development
- Assist in the preparation of annual Indirect Cost (IDC) submission
- Support the Contracting Officer Authorization (COA) process for USG contracts which includes identifying key players for information and following up with the contracting officer for specific requirements
- Special projects supporting process improvement as assigned
- Support preparation for monthly journal entries
- Assist in global functional reporting packages to senior level internal stakeholders

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors degree in finance/accounting related field
- Four plus (4+) years of finance/accounting experience, with BPA/FPA experience
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to pay strict attention to details
- Strong systems and software skills including Excel and SAP experience

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- MS Access experience
- Pharmaceutical/Manufacturing industry experience
