Financial Analyst, Global Markets, Due Diligence

Our client, a leading investment and retail bank, urgently requires an Financial Analyst to support the Senior Management in Global Markets in the coordination, execution and the ongoing development of the due diligence process. The ideal candidate will be part/newly qualified with 1-3 years post grad experience in a top bank.

Key responsibilities:
*Interfacing with the individual Front Office businesses and Support Functions to facilitate the effective and efficient management of the product due diligence process.
*Ensuring the new Post Execution Review processes are performed on time, within the agreed procedures and outstanding issues are addressed.
*Coordinating and producing the agenda for the New Business Review and New Business Oversight Committees.
*Producing and analysing the various MI reports in relation to the due diligence process both regionally and globally.
*Producing various reports for Senior Management covering audit, compliance, cost and control reviews.
*Other reviews or ad hoc projects as requested by Senior Management

Essential:
*Strong academic background with a good degree and ideally a recognised accountancy qualification, preferably covering the Financial Services sector.
*1-3 years post graduation experience in a top tier retail/investment bank.
*Good knowledge of Global Markets Products.
*Clear communication skills, particularly the ability to distil complex items down to the key points and communicate these to senior management and to manage stakeholders expectations
