Financial Analyst/Financial Reporting, Senior

Senior Financial analyst position: 

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: at least 4 years of financial analysis and modelling, advanced level with Access database and report development 
TOP 3 SKILLS NEEDED: Financial analysis, access database support, report development 
TOP 5 DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES: Financial analysis, database review and validation, reporting, database support, meetings 
# OF TEAM MEMBERS: 5 
TOP 3 PERSONALITY CHARACTERISTICS: Self starter, follow-through, trouble shooter, team player, curious 
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 

Neither will be around patients 
Work environment for both is an office environment 
Neither will be managing anyone 
SCOPE OF THE PROJECT: Project is for six months to one year in duration. Project is to support Medicare payments analysis 

Manages and analyzes monetary resources and affairs within an organization. Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills and the ability to work with diverse groups of internal clients. May also be responsible for conducting technical accounting research as needed. Prepares and maintains supporting documentation for monthly, quarterly and annual reports. Updates and collects business unit reporting packages, helps prepare ad hoc financial reporting as necessary.

EXPERIENCE LEVEL: BA in Finance or Accounting required plus 3+ years of direct relevant experience
