Financial Analyst/Controller

A Global Financial Trading Exchange have an immediate opening for a Financial Analyst/Controller

You will be responsible for the financial control of specific business units and be responsible for the provision of high quality financial analysis and pro-active support to senior management.

Financial control responsibilities include monthly closing; preparation of financial reports and variance analysis of budgets and forecasts plus management of the balance sheet.

Main responsibilities

Month end, accruals and prepayments for both cost and revenue.

Balance sheet control of various entities in the US, Europe and Asia

Balance reconciliation's and management.

monthly financial reporting

Revenue Management, Monthly reconciliation.

Revenue & sales analysis, cost analysis, expense control and budgeting.

Liaison with external auditors and tax advisors in relation to audits and tax returns.

Essential Experience:

Qualified accountant with well-developed analytical skills.

Degree level education

At least 3 years

Expert knowledge of Oracle, Excel, Access, Word & PowerPoint.

Working with Project teams in IT projects and VBA are both very desirable skills to have.
