Financial Analyst APEL Trading

My Client,an International Pharmacy company based in Chertsey are looking for an Interim Financial Analyst for an immediate start

Experiences/Competencies;

Degree qualified or equivalent
Professional finance qualification completed - ACA, CIMA, ACCA or qualified by experience
Advanced MS Excel & MS Office including financial modelling skills
Proficient and experience with using Financial Systems such as SAP, SAGE, Oracle, Pegasus, Hyperion Enterprise, HFM etc
Proficient and confident with the use of knowledge bases, databases and data warehouses
Ability to work as a team and on one's own
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Drive and determination to succeed and produce high quality work
Excellent communication skills both orally and written
Confidence to deal with varying levels of management
Demonstrated experience/exposure to a majority of the following areas:
Inventory knowledge - accounting/transactional knowledge/best practice Financial Modelling & Analysis Preparation of Management Reports Preparation of Budgets & Forecasts Variance Analysis including understanding of cost drivers, volume & pricing Month End Close Process UK GAAP, IFRS and group accounting experience Internal Controls & process compliance work Hands on use of Accounting & Reporting tools such as SAP, HFM etc Adhoc finance related projects Liaison with auditors & professional advisors
