Financial Analyst

Key Responsibilities
- perform the bi-annual consolidation in COGNOS and drive, co-ordinate and monitor the meeting of reporting deadlines of the group audit
- take over the responsibility as Product Financial Manager for selected Real Estate Fund a/o Mandate in this very fast growing international business
- manage and oversee the statutory audits and address country-specific issues with the external auditors for the property companies in your region
- perform bridging entries for the property companies in your region for group reporting purposes
- manage and support the financial due diligence process of potential property acquisitions in your region
- active participation in the annual budgeting and forecasting processes
- manage VAT and Corporate Income Tax compliance of the property companies in your region with the support of local business partners/consultants
- perform mortgage solutions with various banks; participation in internal finance projects
- the position will require international travelling of 5%

Overview of the department/team (team size, backgrounds, personalities):
Real Estate International is made up of approximately 60 people located in Zurich, Frankfurt, New York and Singapore. Finance International is made up of 10 people working on tax, structuring and financing.
