Financial Analyst wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- University degree in Economics/Finance or Chartered Accountant, MBA desirable
- 3-5 years of experience in Finance environment
- Working experience in FRA (AR, BS review, reporting)
- In depth knowledge of SAP R/3 (FI/CO) along with MS Excel advanced user skills
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing high quality services with a clear focus on the customer
- Leading smaller projects for further improvement in accounting and reporting as well as performing change management and updating project documentation
- Being responsible for defined representation offices/countries, providing support for all Finance matters and liaising with relevant functions
- Managing day-to-day activities for allocated countries as well as managing balance sheet reconciliations of allocated accounts and ensure timely resolution and clean-up of identified overdue items
- Making sure that customer accounts and statement are correct, credit and debit memos are issued, disputes are resolved & payments from and to customers are accurately posted
- Ensuring compliance with Guidelines along with supporting the closing process in various aspects
