Financial Analyst

DESCRIPTION:
Long range financial planning
Annual budgeting
Ongoing financial forecasting
Monthly consolidation and analysis of results, including communication to leadership
Assessment of forward looking business risks and opportunities
Developing resource model and metrics to support profitable growth strategy within the business
Development and coordination of action/contingency plans with business
Coordination and partnership with our centrally supported controllership and order-to-cash finance functions
Involvement in special projects

SKILLS:
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college with emphasis on Accounting or Finance or equivalent experience
Minimum of three years of financial reporting/analysis or equivalent accounting experience
MBA or CPA preferred but not required
Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite of products
Experience with PeopleSoft financial platforms preferred but not required
Excellent communication and listening skills
Excellent organization, prioritization and time management skills
Results driven, self-motivated team player that can produce results independently
Ability to solve problems and think creatively, strategically and analytically
Advanced planning and project management skills
Ability to lead, coach and influence team members
Ability to effectively manage through change and transition
