Financial Analyst

Our leading global financial client is looking for a Financial Analyst on a 12 month contract.

The Financial Analyst, Segments and Strategy will act as a business partner to the Customer Segments and Strategy team, working directly with Head of Strategy, Analysis and Planning, and the Customer Segment and standalone business heads to meet sales, revenue and expense targets and support the delivery of business objectives. The role will report to the Head of Finance, Segments and Strategy and also provide some support the Director, Segments and Strategy Finance who complete the team.

Experience/Skills:

. Recognized accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with minimum of 2 years post qualification experience and 4 years in a finance role.

. Experience and ability to lead projects and own outputs

. Excellent financial modelling, analytical, organizational and communication skills.

. Excellent Excel and Powerpoint skills assumed.

. Experience thinking strategically and building business development plans.

. Strong business partnering experience including ability to interact with senior management and influence outcomes

. Knowledge of accounting principles and their application;

. Tenacious, resilient and driven by delivering results.

. Enjoys working in teams. Shows ability to work effectively across all functions of the business.

. Customer focus, proactive and has good understanding of Thomson Reuters strategy and business model.

Role: Financial Analyst

Duration: 12 month contract

Location: Central London

Rate: GBP 300-GBP 350 per day
