Financial Analyst

SKILLS:

REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or business related field
Minimum 1-2 years of financial or analytical work experience
Experience in a professional services firm
Experience in a global workforce
Experience reading & interpreting client agreements to ensure accurate setup in system (revenue, billing terms, etc.)

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS:
Strong business acumen
Thorough understanding and proven application of GAAP, accounting policies, processes, procedures and controls
Appreciation of Sarbanes Oxley requirements
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong partnering and communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel), Windows and enterprise systems and applications
Ability to use sound business judgment and make decisions
Familiarity with PeopleSoft or other ERP applications is a plus
Demonstrated ability to work independently within a Matrix style organization & within a global team environment
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and multi-task
Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality, accurate work within tight deadlines
Demonstrated ability to understand and follow standard policies, processes and procedures
Demonstrated ability to work in a changing and developing environment
