Financial Analyst

FINANCIAL ANALYST (CANDIDATES ELIGIBLE FOR SECURITY CLEARANCE MAY APPLY)

EXPERIENCE:

- HNC or above with a focus in FINANCE/BUSINESS PREFERRED.
- TYPICALLY 2+ YEARS OF EXPERIENCE AS A FINANCIAL ANALYST.
- Understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Strong analytical/problem solving skills.
- Strong business application skills essential (eg, Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication skills.
- Excellent teamwork skills
- ELIGIBLE FOR UK SC LEVEL CLEARANCE TO WORK ON GOVERNMENT CONTRACTS

KEY ACTIVITIES:

- REPORTING - Generates Month End Close and Forecasting Reports, ad-hoc reports to Balance Sheet and P&L.
- PROJECT ACCOUNTING -   Support contract finance leads across core activities - Month End Close, Forecasting/Budgeting, Balance Sheet Review, Commercial Support and Business Support.
- PROJECT STRUCTURE -  Creates and maintains project structure hierarchy in the Project Accounting system
- ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND BOOKING -  Responsible for gathering data to complete Order acceptance and Booking.
- CUSTOMER INVOICING - Responsible for executing client billing/credit, invoice release and invoice presentation
