Job Description:
Position will perform billing production monitoring, application problem analysis through resolution, change control, software deployment management and testing, and system configuration. Required to analyze and solve complex problems with many variables. Position will also provide mentoring support to less experienced team members. Candidate will interact with various cross-functional teams including; Database Administration, Systems Administration, Process Management, Finance, Life Cycle Support, and directly with customers as-needed.
