We are currently recruiting for a Financial Administrator to join the team on a Fixed Term Contract for 9 months based in Taunton. This post is responsible for processing a high volume of supplier invoices on behalf of our customers, incorporating excellent customer service and supplier liaison, within a fast-paced office environment.
You will be responsible for checking and processing supplier invoices, ensuring that they are VAT compliant, adhering to each customer's policies.
Your responsibilities will include;
* Invoice checking
* Invoice processing
* Hotel statement reconciliation
* Client statement reconciliation
* Processing to client specific software
* Obtaining supplier bank details
* Daily processing reconciliation
* Invoice query logging and resolution
* Answering the telephone
* Sorting of post and scanning invoices
* Monitor and action team inbox
* Updating credit card reconciliation
* Completing credit application forms
Essential experience required;
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to plan and prioritise own work in order to achieve deadlines
* Computer literate with good data input skills
