MY CLIENT, A LEADING OIL AND GAS ORGANISATION BASED IN PETERHEAD IS URGENTLY SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATOR FOR A MINIMUM OF 12 MONTHS. FINANCIAL ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED ALONG WITH MICROSOFT OFFICE AND A STRONG ADMINISTRATION BACKGROUND.
ADMIN DAY TO DAY DUTIES:
- Closing out workflows
- Run through existing workflows and make sure stock lists are up to date - collate costs.
- Make sure stock distribution is up to date and correct
- Working with internal engineers and teams
- Standard admin duties
FINANCIAL ADMIN EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Financial Admin
- Competence in MS Office suite
DESIRABLE ADMIN EXPERIENCE:
- Manufacturing Environment
- AS400/Syteline 8
