Job Outline

Client are looking for a Financial Assistant Accountant with experience of using SAP to undertake a busy and challenging role.

This wide ranging role requires a wide range of tasks to be performed:

*Opportunity and risk management of financial and business data, with a view to achieving short to medium tern results

*Daily Accounting - both inside and outside of SAP.

*Month end reporting - perform multiple accounting duties to ensure monthly reporting requirements fulfilled within stipulated guidelines whilst focusing on ensuring that the quality and accuracy of information provided is maintained.

*Journal processing and preparation and/or of balance sheet control accounts.

*Coordination of monthly preparation, analysis and reporting of management accountants in a consistent manner

*Support and analysis of business decision making

*Development of Business Systems to ensure efficient data processing and availability, in line with central requirements

Skills and Experience required:

*AAT Qualified and Preferably ACCA, ACMA or ACA part qualified, or equivalent working experience
*Detailed experience of Management Accounting and Financial Accounting
*Experience of supporting and analysing business decision making
*Microsoft Office - Particularly Excel & Word, Essential
*Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines whilst maintaining high quality of output
*Experience of using SAP systems
