Finance Accountant/Management Accountant

Responsibilities would include:
*Reconciling AR account -calculating MSP fee and processing/matching manual credit
*EC sales list
*VAT reconciliation
*Balance sheet reconciliations -FA, Prepayments, Accruals etc
*Variance analysis -monthly and YTD
*Bank reconciliation - BOI and 964
*Tax and NI reconciliation
* Pension reconciliation
*WIP calculation
*Providing audit deliverables, liaising with auditors
*Preparing audit file
*Year-end balance sheet reconciliation
*Accruals calculations for commission and dilap
* Processing manual payments for sub-vendor and payroll teams
*Liaising with AP in regards to GL postings, prepayments and accruals
*Creating and processing IC recharge invoices and reconciling IC accounts. Dealing with IC recharge invoices from group entities and posting manual GL entries
*Dealing with TP accruals and invoices.
*To start: (as early as possible) to cover year end and audit preparation.
