Financial Accountant, Consolidation, Real Estate

Our client, a global Financial Services company, requires a Financial Accountant to sit within their Real Estate area. The successful candidate will be a fully qualified accountant with consolidation experience. Real Estate experience will be a bonus.

Main Responsibilities

Monthly and Quarterly Consolidated reports for large Real Estate Client

- Management of 1 member of staff

Essential Skills/Experience:

- Fully Qualified Accountant - Preferably ACA or ACCA
- Consolidation experience
- Immediately available or on a max 1 week notice.

Preferable:

- Real Estate experience
