KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Timely and accurate production of monthly financials in Oracle.
- Assess and book monthly accruals, prepayments, revenue, bad debts, depreciation and other key data.
- Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations.
- Ensure proper cash management through preparation of bank reconciliations/transaction posting.
- Maintain fixed asset register.
- Preparation of Quarterly and Yearly schedules and lead sheets for audit analysis.
- Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounts under IFRS and provision of support throughout the annual audit process.
- Tracking of US GAAP reconciling differences.
- Assistance with the compilation and submission of annual tax and VAT returns for all group companies, liaising with Tax and external advisors as appropriate.
- Monitor compliance of cross border and intercompany transactions with transfer pricing regulations.
- Element of Involvement with FP&A
- Provision of support to othervdepartments to enable effective decision making - Operations, Sales, Product, HR, Marketing & AP.
- Management of the Purchase Card process.

KEY SKILLS

- Newly qualified Chartered Accountant from an audit background.
- Understanding and experience of working with a listed multinational with multiple currencies. Technology would be an advantage as would exposure to US firms and US GAAP.
