My client, a Card Payments provider based in London is recruiting a Financial Accountant/Analyst to join their subsidiary, specialising in multi-channel payment processing and fraud prevention.

Your key responsibilities will include:

P&L, Balance Sheet & Financial Management. Timely and accurate production of monthly financials in Oracle in accordance with US GAAP and accounting policies.
Prepare and review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, prepayments, revenue, bad debt and other key data.
Preparation of Quarterly and Yearly disclosure schedules and lead sheets for audit analysis.
Assist with preparation of annual statutory accounts under IFRS.
Assistance with the compilation and submission of annual tax and VAT returns for all group companies.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and maintenance of a strong internal control environment.
Business support and Ad-hoc special projects as required.

The successful candidate will be a newly qualified Chartered Accountant from an audit background and experience of working with a listed multinational with multiple currencies. You will have strong analytical skills, be a natural problem solver and have the ability to adapt to and work in a dynamic, fast paced and growing environment.
