Finance Transformation Programme Director - Manchester

A Transformation Programme Director is required for a reputable Financial Services organisation to drive and deliver end to end business transformation. You will report directly to the Head of Change and will be responsible for reshaping the Finance change portfolio.

BACKGROUND

- Track record of having successfully shaped, planned, designed and executed an end to end business transformation
- You must have significant, proven expertise within Financial transformation
- Experience of finance systems (ideally Hyperion) and of putting in general ledgers
- Exceptional track record of being a successful Programme Management/Programme Director is essential
- The Programme Director will work directly with the Head of Change and will need the ability to influence other Senior Stakeholders

RESPONSIBILITIES

- The Programme Director will be responsible for reshaping the of the Finance portfolio
- Direct major programmes of change, overseeing multiple projects, and working effectively with the Head of Change to ensure the effective coordination of multiple programmes
- Build a new operating model for the finance function
- Deliver progress reporting and provide benefits analysis and realisation tracking
- Provide effective budget management for the programme
- To work effectively with key senior stakeholders and convey information appropriately
