Finance Transaction Services

Our client in Sydney's South West is seeking multiple resources to work as part of the Accounts Payable team within FINANCE TRANSACTIONS. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be processing invoices utilising modern scanning/invoice automation technology and undertake key scanning/verification/exceptions management processes ensuring all invoices are processed within the set KPI's.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Scanning of Invoices
- System verification of invoices to confirm compliance
- Troubleshoot invoice exception' issues
- Handle email/telephone enquiries

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Proven customer service skills within a Transactions processing environment
- Excellent communication skills with an eye for detail
- Experience with SAP Finance
- Experience with Invoice scanning/automation is highly regarded
- Proficient in uploading spreadsheet files
