FINANCE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR - GLOBAL BRAND - £10.00 - £20.00 PER HOUR

An excellent opportunity as arisen with a global brand for a Finance Team Administrator, this position would be considered an entry level position into Finance for the interested applicant.

ROLE OF THE FINANCE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR:

The task of assignments is to make sure that all orders are assigned correctly for the payment of sales commission. While a good portion of this is automated, the team are expected to review large volumes of data on a daily basis to ensure the system is performing as expected and to apply fixes as necessary, equally, the team reports out to the sales community on their bookings and provides explanations whenever necessary.

Expert point of contact for a designated region/team on all comp assignment related matters.

Daily review of automated assignments for errors, and applying fixes where errors occur.

Manual assignments as necessary on a pre-agreed schedule.

Daily review of open cases with the team lead.

Ad hoc analyses/data mining as required by the business to support decision making.

REQUIREMENTS OF THE FINANCE TEAM ADMINISTRATOR

- Experience in analytical work, and the tools required to support this, eg MS Office Excel, BO etc.
- Experience in a commercial sales analytical environment an advantage.
- Proven communication skills and the ability to build relationships key.
