Finance Systems Support Analyst with Oracle R12 - Belgium

My leading financial client based in Brussels, Belgium is looking for Finance Systems Support Analyst with Oracle R12 experience.

This role resides in the Financial Division and be part of the Finance Support team in the department Finance Architecture, Support and Transformation.

Oracle R12: AP, AR, Procurement, Cash Management (+APRO), Fixed Assets, GL, AGIS, eBtax, iExpenses. Oracle Discoverer and Cognos for reporting.

This role will require you to perform the analyses, testing and set-up of enhancement requests.

You will collect and write the detailed business requirements, ensure that all required documentation is updated and coordinate the User Testing.
The role includes (non exhaustive list): user trainings, review user guides, best practices implementation and challenging of current processes, review customisations.

You will be expected to provide support to end-users and ensure best practices, Monitor the interfaces, Administer the accesses, control the notification flows, develop ad-hoc queries using SQL (Toad tool), solve issues and questions received by ESD tickets.

Required Experience

- You are a qualified accountant
- You have experience on the following finance process: GL, AR, AP, Cash Management, ebtax, AGIS and Procurement
- You have experience as end user functional support in Oracle R12 with strong knowledge of AR, Cash Management, AGIS, WEB ADI, Fixed Assets
- APRO knowledge is an asset
- You are able to work under pressure and can cope with strict deadlines, you have a hands on approach
- You are fluent in written and oral English. Knowledge of French and/or Dutch would be an asset
- You have excellent analysis skills (analytical, synthetical and critical mindset)
