FINANCE PROJECT MANAGER - GENEVA

Finance Project Management opportunity working with a consulting firm onsite with a Chinese state-owned shipping and logistics services supplier company who require a resource to work out in Geneva.

The programme is sitting within their Finance function where the business kick started their BPC (SAP business planning consolidation software) implementation back in 2017 which had some major teething issues. They are looking for someone who can manage the finance and budget cycle by August 2018, for what 2019 looks like.

The role will MANAGE THE PLANNING AND DELIVERY OF TWO FINANCE PROJECTS:

- MIS - reinstate the MIS solution, set up reporting structure and migrate in data to enable P&L and position reporting.
- BPC
- BPC Budget 2019 - set up BPC budget module (including enabling new functionality) in preparation for the budget 2019 cycle
- Historic Data Transfer - transfer 2017 data from Hyperion to BPC
- On completion of '1' and '2' scope, plan and deliver BPC phase 2. New functionality that will build on the current BPC solution eg
- Incorporate industrial costs in 2018 budget and actuals
- Implement working capital
- Implement management reporting layer

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Proven IT project management experience
- Experience delivering projects using agile methods
- Experience implementing consolidation and reporting tools (eg SAP BPC, Hyperion Etc.)
- Experience implementing MIS solutions
- Experience working with finance function and/or finance & accounting qualifications (ACA, ACCA etc)

Rate in CHF will include your accommodation and travel costs if you are not based in Switzerland already.
