Our client, an established banking organisation seeks an experienced Finance Project Manager to join the firm ASAP

The firm is undergoing a period of significant change and as such requires a change professional to assist in the setting up of the newly created formed team. The Finance Project Manager is based within a team that reports directly into the Commercial Finance Director and is responsible for providing finance support, project management and challenge for a range of Group and Divisional programmes.

The Finance Project Manager will have responsibility for:
Managing a portfolio of projects
Instigating and managing project plans
Identifying and mitigating risk and issues and producing RAID logs
Effectively managing a diverse range of Finance and non-Finance stakeholders
Working with the Senior Manager in hiring and managing a team of project professionals

The successful candidate will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
A consistent background within banking
A successful track record of managing change initiatives and project delivery within the finance space
ACA (or equivalent) qualified
Ideally from a big 4 background
