Finance Project Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Finance Project Manager - Contract - London
Must have: CCAB/CIMA or equivalent.
QUIPP experience
CIP experience

The Finance Project Manager will be a senior finance professional who will be responsible for providing leadership and support to three health economy-wide strands of work aimed at ensuring that the Trusts health economy is financially viable across commissioners and providers.

In particular:
Manage the finance workstream relating to the identification of viable FT future states for 2 local acute trusts
Set up and support the joint QIPP programmes across NCL and the 2 acute trusts.
Support the planning and implementation of the NCL QIPP programme.

Main Responsibilities
Coordinate the feedback from 2 trust LTFMs, review the output and critically appraise
Support the review of 2 year Trust CIP PIDs and downside scenarios, including review of risks and mitigations
Produce a report for the programme steering group recommending whether stand alone options are viable or whether merger/acquisition options are required
Undertake cost benefit analysis of merger options and produce financial outputs, based on LTFMs supplied from relevant organisations
Produce a report recommending the preferred financial option
Set up the joint QIPP Board and subgroup structures and processes with each of the two trusts
Produce terms of reference for the Board and its subgroups
Support the development of the QIPP project plans as required
Support finance and activity analysis underpinning the Board, with a CCG focus
Identify opportunities for QIPP/CIP achievement
Support the risk assessment of NCL QIPP plans and identify actions required to address the risks
Support the in year monitoring of QIPP achievement and the ongoing development of QIPP plans.
