Finance Project Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Project Support Finance Co-ordinator with excellent communication and analytical skills.

A proven track record in managing a structured programme and project environment to enable the successful delivery of project financial handling on time and to agreed objectives.

Excellent people skills with a keen attention to detail and operational improvement.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Overseeing projects within the SAP system
- Monitoring project budgets, issuing reports and chasing project managers for updated budgets and status insights
- Monitoring expenses status and timesheet booking lags using in-house software applications
- Producing weekly project budget reports
- Looking at improved ways of working and streamlining processes with internal departments
- Ensuring good working relationships with the project management community
- Completing financial status reports
- Managing Programme and Project Managers expectations accordingly
