My client has an urgent requirement for a Finance PMO to be based in Arnhem on a 13 weeks contract.
The chosen consultant will need to have extensive experience working as a PMO within a Finance environment as well as having the following experience:
- Bachelor degree and 3-5 years relevant work experience in Project Management
- Independency and integrity
- Self-motivated and analytical team player who can work effectively under pressure
- Ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines
- Solution-driven in a pragmatic way
- Proven ability of problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness
- Self-starter, focused
- Build strong relationships
- Strong interpersonal, multicultural, presentational and communication skills
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experienced user of MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Project Changes (45%)
- Keep track of all Change Requests and report status to Program Management
- Report financial impact of project changes and deviation to baseline on program level
- Maintain, improve and train users in the Change Request process
- Ensure that status updates on project changes including timeline, FTEs and/or process deviations among others are delivered in time by project teams and Global Process Owners
- Review Change Requests to ensure completeness and correctness within acceptable turn around times
Reporting and communication (40 %)
- Report in-time of:
- project successes,
- updates on methodology,
- project status and planning
- approved Change Requests
- This reporting is done to 150+ stakeholders of the program as well as key stakeholders of the third-party provider including the Client Operations Head and Senior Engagement Management.
- Report Tollgate decisions of project teams to Program Management
- Report progress of Transitions entering Aftercare and FTE impact to Program Management
- Align planning with third party provider
Methodology maintenance and usage (10%)
- Support Global Transition Lead maintaining and improving the Transition Methodology
- Owner of the Transition Playbook template and supporting templates
- Provide support to the transition teams regarding the use of the Transition Playbook
Invoice administration (2,5 %)

Control timesheet and T&E administration of Global Transition Managers
Miscellaneous (2,5 %)
- Arrange ad-hoc support and facilities where needed to accommodate transition activities
- Coordinate team events
