JOB TITLE: FINANCE ORGANISATION DESIGN HR MANAGER

LOCATION: LONDON

CONTRACT

SALARY: £600 - £700

Stanton House is pleased to be supporting our client, a FTSE 100 company, as they look to appoint an experienced HR Manager to provide all necessary HR advice and practical support to deliver organisational change in regional Finance. Reporting to the Finance Transformation Programme Director, you will work with a range of senior stakeholders across Finance, HR and the Transformation community.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

- Act as a gateway between the business and HR.
- Accountable for the primary day-to-day relationship with key business stakeholders as well as owning the engagement between HR and the business.
- Advise on best HR practice to ensure successful transformation of the Finance organisation in the region, including appropriate retention and relocation management
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements of organisational change, including consultation, selection and general redundancy programme process.
- Ensure completion of clear documentation of roles, responsibilities, structures and adaption of HR process or policy.
- Support any relocation evaluation and implementation exercise conducted.
- Ensure any recruitment process is properly planned, resourced and executed.

EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES:

FORMAL EDUCATION - DESIRABLE

- CIPD Qualified

TECHNICAL - ESSENTIAL

- UK & Ireland employment law or regulation

TECHNICAL - DESIRABLE

- Competent skills in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

EXPERIENCE

- Delivery of Finance function transformation in a complex organisation comprising multiple business units
- HR operational management
- Working in a Matrix management structure, influencing cross functional stakeholders to achieve a positive outcome
- Working in a performance orientated culture

PERSONAL QUALITIES

- Ability to diagnose problems/issues and resolve in a timely and customer focused manner Ability to analyse information from a number of sources
- Excellent attention to detail required ensuring the accurate adherence to and maintenance of HR process and policy data.
- Strong leadership & stakeholder management skills
- Strong communication skills and ability to communicate across functions appropriately at all levels of the organisation.
- Good relationship and customer service skills
- Tenacious with a results driven focus
- Able to travel across sites in the UK & Ireland
