An upcoming Retail banking client are looking to add an interim Finance Operations Manager to join their project teams. The successful candidate will be leading an expanding team within the shared services operation to support the wider finance teams.
You will be tasked with planning, management and maintaining the high level of service across the customer support teams. With full ownership of Fixed Asset Register, Bad Debts and Central Overheads and costs amongst other accounting processes, you will deliver organisational improvements and ensure operational efficiency.
Technical Skills:
- Qualified Accountant or substantial experience in similar field
- Awareness of Conduct Risk and Control
- Financial Reporting
- Management Accounting
- Change Management
- Previous team management experience
- Strong customer engagement skills
