Finance Manager (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Oversee all financial transactions, i.e. business planning and budget reviews
-Reporting in accordance with US Gaap and local Gaap
-Ledger, sub ledger and payroll accounting
-Cash management and Order management
-Inter-company transactions, Financial statements, Tax, Insurances
-Support sales and Marketing, e.g. pricing calculations for lager / collaboration projects, ROI calculations
-Contribute to Product Development, e.g. with business modelling or efficiency gains from a customer perspective (ROI)
-Evaluate different go-to-market models / product packaging and pricing
-Identify drivers for revenue and make recommendations to maximize revenue/ profit
-Manage clear internal business reporting and close communication with all stakeholders to understand status-quo / potential deviations and initiate necessary actions
-Acts as first contact for accountants, auditors, tax consultants, lawyers, banks and insurance companies
-Further develop and standardize processes especially to interface with project implementation team (e.g. hardware procurement, billing, inter-company financial flows)
-Ensure compliance with existing QM requirements / SOX controls

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Financial management experience in Business Planning, Controlling, Accounting
-Preferably experience in consulting or software development companies
-Leadership experience advantageous
-Excellent analytical skills and a clear understanding of figures
-Excellent written and spoken English and German
