IHRE AUFGABEN:
-Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations
-Working closely with the Managing Director and the Operational Director of the German entity
-Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
-Perform budget forecast with the country Managing Director (2X/year)
-Responsible for cash flow reporting and quarterly financial statements for submission to HQ abroad
-Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system
-Interact and work consultatively with the operational team to ensure contractual provisions are fulfilled
-Assist the carve-out process of the German subsidiary
-Interact closely with the HQ abroad and its advisers (financial and legal) involved in this process (mostly Q&A process)
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Experience in the field of mergers & acquisitions (sell-side)
-Accounting background (HGB/IFRS) required
-Excellent communication skills
