-Ensure the integrity of all financial reporting and transactions within the legal entities
-Manage and supervise the Finance department to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
-Special responsibility for quality according to the company’s quality policy
-Own and supervise the SOX framework of internal controls for the entity/entities
-Manage the company’s financial accounting function and supervise the day to day accounting operations
-Coordinate and supervise the preparation of the annual budget and monthly forecasts
-Prepare and deliver accurate financial statements that are compliant with US GAAP, local GAAP and local regulations
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Good understanding of US GAAP, local GAAP and local Tax law
-Keen understanding of financial planning and management reporting
-Experience in fully integrated ERP systems
-SOX experience
-Leadership skills
-Fluency English (written and spoken)
