Finance Manager - Hamilton

Our public sector client has a fantastic opportunity for a Finance Manager to provide leadership, management and direction to the Finance team who are responsible for processing the financial transactions and ensuring targets and deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead on the preparation of the annual budget setting process (including arrangements for in year budget transfers).
- Responsible for the financial reporting to the Operational Management Team, including the financial information contained within the Balanced Scorecard and the short and longer term financial projections relating to the Corporate Plan
- To review the content for all annual reports
- To produce the required financial information for projects, including new
- To provide specialist support and assistance to Finance customers
- To act as line manager to Finance staff including setting objectives, monitoring performance and supporting development.
- To manage finance related projects including the electronic processing of members expenses
