Finance Manager with profound IFRS knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Degree in Finance or Business
- Several years of experience in a proactive role on tracking performance goals and costs and develop action programs and advise on implementation of corrective actions to reach financial targets
- Ability to take lead for budget process and ideally have also strong IFRS knowledge
- Very good communication skills
- Languages: fluent in English and German both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Ensuring compliance of business affairs from a financial point-of-view
- Improving productivity by creating transparency, implementing value-adding reporting and process/systems support (SAP/BW)
- Tracking performance goals and costs, developing action programs and advising on actions to reach financial targets and deliver reports in given time and quality
- Driving resource planning and management according to capacity utilization plan
- Assisting in the central product costing process, keeping track of variances and initiating corrective actions
